1Transistor 1Resistor array selector - 1T1R
2Transistor 2Resistor array selector - 2T2R
the 2T2R for extreme functionality applications with unlimited endurance and processor in memory application for ultra low power operation
power saving is a 2 tier process design
the 1st level is in the 'abstract ' design of the application needed and the 2nd more relevant is in the customer architecture of the required application - WBT are currently in emulation process of the customer architecture product application to design maximum power saving - 2T2R is in those discussions as the detail of those power saving emulations are run and confirmed - as CH stated
in correspondence 'the devil is in the detail'
so ultra low power 1T11R & 2T2R / pim / and reram so always in 'on' state - zero leakage / 10 to 15 yr single battery life
