Given this process has been initiated in August at the latest, I would have thought shareholders should know about the process in the interim, acknowledging that the findings may take a reasonable amount of time.
i.e. are any independent views being gathered (rather than the board's assumptions previously based off zero presented research information), have any potential tax consequences been considered this time?, will any independent analysis be presented on why an open ended structure with daily liquidity cannot be considered?, has any independent analysis being undertaken why such a transition could not potentially involve other Tribecca unlisted funds?, will shareholder's get a say (aside from conflicted fund manager holdings in the shares?).
