    It’s all about being rewarded for results achieved Itsa - no problems there whatsoever. However paying excessively & bonus rewarding for potential & simply kicking the can down the road is a bad look. Show the SH results & the execs can be & should be rewarded commensurately. But please stop being seen as a pig at a trough before anything has been truly earned. Being lucky to have them in our corner is why they are paid their salary. Nothing more - nothing less at this stage.
