My financial literacy? ... mate, I get that you're super pro-SAS... but there is no reason to be a tool. I suspect you're new to this game and I know they are one off payments, My concern is with the size of the one off payments and how many other big dollar milestones are coming up.
I'm sorry but in my personal opinion they have been remunerated too well, if you disagree thats fine but I won't be making this emotional like you. If you can find examples of other companies in a similar context that pay this well then i'm all ears.... bet you don't find any because it would be considered fiscally irresponsible.
