Management is very smart.

They could have put that announcement on Friday morning or any other morning during weekdays or other weekday evening except Friday. Due to the fact of that announcement being so long (55 pages); some shareholders without getting enough time to read through it could have made incorrect decisions and sold their stock.

This makes me feel that they are aware and fully concerned about the holders which enabled me to trust them more. I am pretty sure they are also fully aware to do next CR when the price is right.

Just my opinion.
