How about put the shares into a capital raise to fund the remaining satalites?
I just think the timing is a bit off. Performance shares should of been paid upon significant revenue. (I don't count the small % of the 500k as significant)
Either way that 11 million comes straight out of our pockets, I'd rather it progressing the company, not progressing the directors personal life.
