One thing I notice is Management have reduced their expectations surrounding the Options, 35 c target in the past now reduce to 6.5 c.
Company has all the ingredients for success, just seems to be the timeline that keeps extending. The hype bit about we need to pay high to attract talent doesn't ring true here, because Talent bring exceptional results...
