Mr N Woolf ceased employment with the company on 31
July 2013, classified as a good leaver under the loan
funded share plan. Consequently 2,624,351 of the
6,000,000 shares awarded to him will be cancelled and
he will retain 3,375,649 shares pursuant to the terms
of the plan. Mr Woolf has until 31 October 2013 to
repay the loan of 6.4 cents per share to the Company
or else these shares will also be cancelled.

Just wondering if 31 October 2013 has relevance(it is just over a month before the notes convert).

Citicorp Nominees current holding is 19mill shares or 4.1% of issued capital.
