I had trouble working out that NW part ? as some suspected those loan agreements weren't binding and had walk out clauses it appears so he has until end of October where he can choose to either hand back or take up those ? They really need some kind of magic out of who knows where - it seems kind of ironic that NW has the date for 6.2c shares coming in October yet at this price those CN's are looking at 170M+ issued under 1 cent a month later ?
Very strange times i'll give it that much.
