I wonder if PW's loan agreement can be nullified now he is no longer on the board ?
It's just hard to work out what goes on behind the banner aside from the obvious issues and maybe weight pushed to change the structure of operations for various reasons both in conserving capital and the slow progress of corporate objectives I wonder if the resignations had dual purpose with those loan agreements being able to cease ? They were pretty large commitments for both parties and at a significant premium to current price but i'm sure they also weren't expecting the share price to be were it is and the convertible notes to be looking as they are at this stage heading into maturity.
