re: Ann: Appendix 4E and Audited Annual Finan... I don't trust any company that delists. If you notice malmanu's post on the BDM forum, he/she states that he/she owns shares in a delisted company, and got offered next to nothing for them when delisted. The thing is, as a publicly listed company, we know how the market values what we have. We do well, and the price goes up. There may be no buyers for private companies, and they often still wish to raise capital- a la CXD- I wonder what those shares are worth now. Inote BDM shares were pumped to double their share price recently, which is good, because now they have halved on the delisting advice. The only hope (for shareholders) is that that company decides not to delist- I've seen that happen, too. 3c is BDM's usual" price, though. Shares on a program for delisting can be very volatile. Their may be opportunity there before delisting, if the price falls well below its norm, but if it actually delists, shareholders will suffer, imo.
