ASF - I'm not implying PYC will de-list but I just put it out there on the back of BDM's move and the reasons given which I'm sure all can see how many of them appear not dissimilar to phylogica's issues.
As I implied in the post there are certainly more risks going private for those that don't sell their stock like getting washed out somehow in dilution but you'd assume there are also other benefits ie. any move for capital would then have to be put equally to all shareholders or owners of the company no longer selective moves that dilute the majority ? Being out of the public space and without the option to increase or decrease ownership more would be known to owners about the deals in place and confidentiality would dissipate ? and of course any deals or valuations attempted by other parties would no longer start off looking at a meagre share price and value.
Who knows - anyway on with the show I have no idea how this year wraps up but I think it's guaranteed to be interesting with so many question marks.
