I held PGC earlier in the year and got out after making a meagre profit. The dividend paying ability is a huge winner, but you did mention diamonds in the rough. See why see is another of those, one that I think has a huge potential. Pays a divi as well. Both really good longer term prospects here, under the radar in the biotech sector.
