I agree, almost fully offsetting the big decline in listings and terrible macro was a good result.
pricing power, but also importantly tieing that to more "value" is key. Forecasting more big yield increases FY24 as well, combined with volume recovery its looks like good growth ahead.
They also could have pulled back on investments in India and Aus to flatter the numbers and easily beat consensus numbers.
