The fall seems to me to be around valuation. Earnings are largely in line with expectations, but earnings needed to exceed expectations to justify the current market cap. Due to capital gains liabilities I will simply hold REA indefinitely, however at this price I won't be buying more. An interesting comment was made about price increase from 1st of July and the pricing power of this company remains fantastic - which goes some way to justifying the eye watering share price!
