Apologies just saw your post. My feeling on valuations and prices are that they are much more vague than 'professionals' like to make out. If market angst continues REA could well fall below $100 which would bring it to a forecast in 2023 (earnings of $480 million) of 25 or so. I think it would be decent buying at this point.
I always laugh when brokers say something is worth exactly $142.38 etc!
