I always enjoy reading your posts in the LIC space!
I've been watching this one for quite a while, the RE has been the only thing holding me back from entering CD2 and/or CD3, the price relating to NTA certainly is appealing and at face value seems to be a no brainer, apart from the underlying asset performance, where is the downside risk? Assuming the largest risk would be the RE liquidating assets in a fire sale should the change in RE not occur - is this possible for them to do?
