FYI the office move to Barangaroo: this was a forced move, not by choice. The building their old offices were located at in Circular Quay had been sold as part of a major redevelopment of the area

I can't comment as to whether the Barangaroo office itself was a good deal or not, but the decision to move at least wasn't hubris on managements part.
