I wonder how many investors notice that the deferred tax assets are almost 10% of the before tax NTA figure?
This LIC doesn't have such a great record of growth in the NTA so just how valuable are these carry forward losses?
ALF used to present their monthly NTA reports with a similar lack of clarification. When they later did an off market share buyback some surprised shareholders weren't so happy with they way they presented the figures. Since then you will notice they make things clearer.
I wonder how many investors notice that the deferred tax assets...
