Thanks Dentie for your insightful comments. Is it possible we’ve been captured Moby Dick like by H&G into a M&A focused black funnel to be pumped with further recycled acquisition after acquisition and paid for by AN1 diluting share issues to H&G?

It seems under H&G influence we’ve had no net progress, instead what may have been one step forward has left us two steps backward.

Is it really an achievement to be debt free if the origin of the $1m debt was an acquisition of questionable value and now “repaid” by a further diluting share issue to H&G? Is that the H&G opaque business model for AN1 going forward?

To hopefully ensure proper governance, does any one know which AN1 director can be relied on to participate in Board decisions and exercise oversight of management impartially?
