I'm steering clear of the stock market, period! I'm no good at it. Never have been really. I pay a financial advisor to look after my super portfolio so that is my only involvement in stock trading. Having said that, I now don't hold any stocks in my super portfolio at the moment either. Pretty much all of it is tied up in a 3 month fixed term deposit earning 5% which is not too shabby. Safe, no fuss no muss. I do sleep a lot better at night now. The market (and the world for that matter) is far too volatile for my liking. A the moment I think the market is defying gravity and logic. But hey, what would I know. LOL.
