it was brought in in Feb 23 after Hum starting incurring large amounts of expenses for closing down various segments, in order to get a sense of the profit the business could make once it was slimmed down. Rebecca resigned a few months later but Grimshaw kept the normalised cash NPAT going for another 3 reporting periods, only announcing now that it would be dropped in future. Seems to be tied to the reduction in big costs.
