Agree with your sentiments about PB’s departure. What I realise is that while PB was a good leader for the launch of BTM, he did not have the vision and experience that Swami has to manage its operations globally.
Reflecting back, they really struggled outside of the U.S, particularly in the UK where there was some turnover in staff. Part of me just brushed it off as a challenge that all companies make.
What the company has done since that has been super impressive is show its ability to successfully pursue multiple objectives at once.
Rather than focusing solely on the U.S with a half hearted committed to the ROW, they’ve committed and succeeded in many countries around the world.
