Presumably with the new revenue streams, the Lenzetto trick can work again - monetize the stream fully, or for a few years? Trouble is, you end up with a cash injection, but lose a revenue stream - ending up where the company is now, yet again. If there are a few streams, and they're only monetised for a few years at a time, and those streams happen to not be ending, well, then eventually they all come back online and you're okay.
Anyway, it's just a thought - it's easier to avoid CRs when you have assets to sell/lease. Which is where the company is getting to.
