let’s not overlook ZGL's holding in Emage Vision. This asset has attracted investment from a Japanese listed company and, in my opinion, should be valued at no less than $10M. Additionally, based on my assessment, ZGL's full-cycle annual EBIT is between $4-5M SGD. Using a sum-of-the-parts approach, I believe the equity valuation of ZGL should not be less than $50M AUD.
