Page 11 of the annual report indicates that Avita filed for uplisting of the ADR shares to the Nasdaq, so we should be hearing about the response on that fairly soon either way.
"On July 19, 2019, AVITA confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form 20-F under the Securities Exchange Actof 1934 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed registration in the United States of its class ofAmerican Depositary Shares representing ordinary shares of the Company. This disclosure does not constitute an offer to sell,or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities of the Company. In connection with the registration of such class of securities,on 2 August 2019, the Company applied for listing on NASDAQ. There is no guarantee the Company’s efforts will be successfuland that the Company may abandon its efforts to register the class of shares and the NASDAQ application at any time at its sole discretion."
