Ms Chow has had an increase when she was promoted to Managing Director and there have been other movements and additions as announced to the market. I don't believe there are any secrets around this subject and the Annual report will detail thus or it will not be signed by the Auditors.
There are plenty of other downside risks that would have a greater impact to value than management remuneration.
I am partly here due to the quality of the management team and am comfortable with their pay.
It may be a good excercise to compare management remuneration against peers in Australia and especially in the US.
