You get what you pay for and Chimeric has a strong management team that shareholders are relying on to create value. Reduce their pay and they will find that pay elsewhere. This isn't a case of overpaid execs at a minnow exploration company. These are top quality professionals with extremely strong networks and experience in the space Chimeric is focused on. The P&L will likely never look good as we should be taken over before much revenue is generated. This will be cap raise and spend type of company as is to be expected.
