Did the court order Sheehy to pay legal costs for Nuix when he lost the first round? I don't think it did. Sheehy may not be up for legal costs for the appeal either, if he loses. If the court thinks Sheehy's appeal is a waste of the courts time, and Sheehy proceeds with the appeal anyway, then the court may order Sheehy to cover Nuix's legal costs for the appeal. Which I don't think would be anything like $15M.
Even if they were, does Sheehy have $15m? Unlikely I think.
