No, net cash of $70m is what is stated in the financial report. ie. what the cash was at 30th June. They cannot deduct a future payment from the cash stated on their balance sheet.
Much of the cash generated from ops in 21-22 was spent on repaying debt.
The cash will be there to pay the dividend but it is true, they are using future cashflows (ie. 2022-23 cashflows from ops) to pay for this dividend.
