Further to previous announcements, CWL has entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire an entity in the health care industry by way of a proposed transaction under Listing Rule 11.1. The Company will now undertake the procedures outlined in section 2.10 of Guidance Note 12 in relation to the proposed transaction. CWL is aware of its continuous disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.1 and confirms that it is in compliance with its obligations.
