Hi rl, I have taken a short term negative outlook with this stock because...1) Profit down 34% to $8.4 M
2) Negative move with Net Tangible Assets
3) Earnings per share down from 1.36c to .90c
4) signficant goodwill write down, and likely more in future. 5) PGC overpaid for CH2 by issuing too many shares
6) Potential under-utilization of Mt Waverley facility.
i am prepared to hold my shares as a long-term turnaround at this stage. Thanks for your interest rl.
