Another bit of public info is that there are approx 1.6b PGC shares on issue hence roughly the 80m sold two days ago is minor (around 5%). However, the 4 week average volume for the is only (from memory) 1.5m. So, in the scheme of things, there has been a sale by a substantial shareholder. We can look forward to an impending notice.
