I've sent a few emails to Rachel Kerr who is the MGC company secretary cc to the CEO protesting they divested me of my 20,000 shares that were a marketable parcel in the weeks before and on the day they took them when they were variously over 0.025c. I believe they interpreted the ASX rules to suit themselves in that regard and are using the sale proceeds of our divested small holdings for their own purposes. The monies should have been paid to us within 7 days of sale with updates to us regarding the date/s of sale and payments to ourselves. I again emailed Rachel this morning asking for information about what they have done with the proceeds and for payment to be made asap or I would complain to the ASX, ASIC and Small Business Commission. I think they are breaching their obligations on this issue.
