How can Recce justify such significant increases in remuneration for its executives?
Total remuneration up 73%
Total employee benefits expense up 78%
James and Michelle's base remuneration up over 60% each.
Travel costs nearly $1 million yet Recce has focussed its trials etc in Australia.
Current operations are now being funded via debt from Radium Capital.
At 30 June 2023 the company had significant negative net assets, what a disaster.
Financially, management appears to be out of their depth.
Surely it is time for an experienced CEO to be appointed!!!
How can Recce justify such significant increases in remuneration...
