It's almost impossible for revenues to fall by 20m per month for any reason other than seasonality. Even if it is a commoditized product, people don't switch supplies THAT quickly.
As for 15cps dividend - I don't really mind if it's not paid in full. I'd much rather the acquisition is bedded down properly and we hit the margins DDR had pre-acquisition.
