My analysis of what has gone on over the last 6 months is really thus - I'd say the integration has probably cost more than Dicker thought it would and is definitely taking longer than they expected. This is unsurprising given the size of ED. I'd put the most recent blow-outs down largely to redundancies and it looks like this will continue over the next few months at least I reckon. But if there is one thing for certain that is that David Dicker knows how to run an IT distributor. Give him another 6 months and I reckon things will be a whole different ball-game compared with where they are now.
