Yeah, I see companies do that sort of stuff so often I have given up being offended. Presentations always seem to paint a rosier picture. In any case, I am still very keen on DDR for a long-term hold. I think we'll basically end up in the same spot but it is just going to take 6 months longer. I must say I thought the prediction of having the integration fully complete by end of last calendar year was incredibly optimistic. I have seen plenty of acquisitions like that take a full 2 years to bed-down properly. I know some holders will be getting a little frustrated with the delay but all in all I think they have done an excellent job with the integration to date.
