Chances are they will set back up and operate on skinny margins once again?
I don't see a lot of IP in the business and could become a race to the bottom for margins down the track.
Happy to sit out as at present needs a $60 mill cap raise which will take enterprise value closer to $300 million and on NPAT of $20 mill (if achieved) a PER of 15 which for this sort of business is about where it should be. Paying 15cps in dividends in 2016 though say may lift SP above $2. Lot of water to go under the bridge until then however.
