    ATH doesn't own the patents for antibiotics PBT2, but they should be the owner of the best synthetic routes and GMP facilities. They also have all the safety profiles and relevant clinical data of PBT2. ATH still has a chance to be a partner and share the profits from commercializing PBT2 as an antibiotics. Hope this comes to true... dream it possible
