Interesting that Geoffrey Kempler received a 'termination benefit' of a lazy $1,000,000 when he stepped down as CEO and assumed the role of non-executive Chairman. Wow, just wow.
I personally think David Stamler stepping into the role will be a good change for Alterity. The financial reports make for pretty grim reading. Over $180m in accumulated losses. Yikes.
As a former investor, I've been watching Prana / Alterity with interest for many years. Hope the ATH-434 trials are a success and the long termers here (some of my family members included) are justly rewarded.
