While I no longer own share in HZR since earlier this year after being in since IPO, I certainly still have an interest in seeing it succeed, as long as a certain few ex people involved do not benefit and bend over retail holders
Just did an analysis of outstanding options and if we were to assume share price was 35c at the end of this year which is like 15% up from now, then with 12% compound growth, none of the options will be in the money.
The share structure for this company is simply screwed! I hope management manage to get the other 10mil after the funding from Arena announced today and I may come back onboard. So surprised by the share price reaction to todays announcement.
