I would imagine bookvalue would be cash in bank + a bit of scrap metal less fees to remove everything - pretty close to 0 once everyone took there chunk. Only value I see in this company is intangible ... and that value is anyones guess - but as a long term holder, I think its going to be worthwhile, hopefully see $1 once someone commits and starts a build.
