NTA of $0.78 values the FM business at $0.52. Conservative back of the envelope numbers puts the FM business on a forward PE of 7-8x. This is ridiculously cheap for the balance sheet fundamentals and quality of people at Magellan. If they can keep the product fresh I think they have the scale to be the next Patinum (or bigger). Surprised they paid a div. Chris or Hamish must be doing a reno. Would have been just as happy to see it boost the NTA.
