I think that the result is as expected and no surprises. I will reread a few times to go into more detail over the next few days.
It does show that the Directors know what they are doing and are ensuring the long term growth of ARB. Interesting to see their remuneration has reduced.
I wouldn't worry about the Other Costs - in the scheme of things they are very minor and can increase unusually for a number of reasons. Wages and COS are well in line with what should be expected, and these are the major costs.
