Having a look at the current T20 vs what I had seen pre placement last November shows very strong support from the existing major holders.
Also to note the 30mil shares just issued today at 1.3c was the last of the placement going to the largest holder - Altor Capital. This will now take their position to 136mil - 15.5% of the company.
We can deduce from this that the selling throughout Dec - Jan was either from smaller holders or those new to the register via the Morgan's network who came on board during the placement.
The two holders underlined being Chris - CEO + David (Banksia) - Chairman
