EMS & EVS are one and the same now... trying to seperate their reoccurring revenue from each other would lead to a false figure/valuation?

honestly not sure what the point is?
I guess the closest estimation would be to look at past Annuals from each company and designate each a portion of current reoccurring revenue based on their allocated percentage proportion of the overall company value that they each brought to the table.
but why would you need to know this? They are now one and the same and valuations should be done as EVS, not EVS & EMS... Shouldn't they?
maybe I'm confused here...
