have a look at the company presentation where the bar graphs show recurring vs upfront income, not completely accurate but may help give you a rough idea. You’ll see a big jump in recurring after the hand over of EMS.
But don’t rely to heavily on it because EVS was also coming off the back of a heavy R&D phase so they would be naturally contributing to the recurring anyway at a similar point in time with their own push.
Im guessing you’re trying to see how much recurring they purchased vs naturally acquired?
like @Mr.Lumin said they are one and the same now going forward and there are really good synergies, plus evs has always targeted a recurring model of income even prior to Ems so it’s not like they just purchased a book of trail income and don’t know how to run it efficiently, so personally I think the concern there is minimal.
