I think you are reading too much into that 'statement' on page 10; it is more like an introductory/general sentence for what is to follow:

"Patients receiving HER-Vaxx cancer immunotherapy are responding positively."
It is an annual report and is a summary of how they have reported before (i.e. 14/01, 04/05). Cancer trial treatments take some months and releasing regular information about the 14 (known) patients etc (as long as noone is dying) can be risky. Peer reviewed articles and news articles may well be released; we are simply waiting and every stock goes through the same waiting game at this point.

I have a feeling we will be pleasantly surprised soon.
