I'm more concerned about write speed than retention. Indications so far are that retention exceeds the needs for SCM (but given they are targeting SCM I suspect the current configurations aren't suitable for flash-like SSD applications - but they've said it can be reconfigured for different needs in future). They keep emphasising read speeds are fast, but not much said on the write speed side. And that seems pretty critical for SCM in my view.
